Payment details are handled by our payment processors. PostPlus stores billing status and transaction references, not full card numbers.

We use information to provide and improve the product, generate requested media, manage accounts and billing, prevent abuse, secure the service, respond to support requests, and meet legal or compliance obligations.

When you ask PostPlus to generate or transform content, your prompts, uploaded media, settings, and outputs may be processed by PostPlus systems and the AI providers required to complete that request.

We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions, security, preferences, product analytics, and service reliability. You can manage cookie settings in your browser, but disabling required cookies may prevent the product from working.

We keep information while it is needed to provide PostPlus, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request account or content deletion by contacting support@email.postplus.io.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal information by contacting support. Some records may need to be retained where required for billing, security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
