From template to action
How to use an ad strategy
A PostPlus ad strategy is an editable set of conditions and actions for your ad account. Choose a template for monitoring, budget protection, scaling or creative testing, then ask your agent to adapt it to your goals and available account data.
Which strategy should I start with?
Choose the decision you need to make. Use performance alerts to investigate changes before editing delivery; budget protection to set spending boundaries; scaling to evaluate budget increases; or creative testing to compare ads. Start with one question and a clearly defined set of campaigns.
What should I change before using a template?
Set your platform, conversion goal, account scope, reporting window and business targets. Check that conversion tracking and attribution match the metric you are comparing. Template thresholds are starting points, not universal recommendations or promises of better performance.
Will copying a strategy change my campaigns?
No. Use in your agent copies the selected rules and setup instructions. Your agent still needs the relevant data and permissions. Ask it to show which ads qualify and the proposed changes before you authorize execution; available actions depend on the platform and campaign type.
Will the strategy run automatically every day?
Copying a prompt does not create a recurring job. A repeated check needs an actual scheduler, access to current data and a record of previous actions. You can start with a one-time review and decide whether to schedule it after checking the results.
An example from the catalog
Performance alerts uses conditions to decide when to notify you. This is the current purchase-goal rule for Meta Ads, taken directly from the same catalog as the template. It sends an alert rather than changing delivery.
