Include the email address on your PostPlus account, the page or workflow where the issue happened, a short description of the expected result, and screenshots or links when they help explain the issue. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, or other sensitive secrets.

For billing, cancellation, account access, data export, or data deletion requests, contact the same support address. We may ask you to verify account ownership before making account-level changes.
