You may use PostPlus only if you can legally enter into these terms and you follow applicable laws. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens through your account or workspace.

You keep ownership of content you upload to PostPlus and content generated for you through the service, subject to applicable law and the rights of others.

You grant PostPlus the rights needed to host, process, transmit, transform, and display your content so we can provide the product and support your requests.

Do not use PostPlus to violate laws, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, create deceptive or abusive content, bypass product limits, interfere with the service, or attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without permission.

AI-generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to output provided to other users. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing, distributing, or relying on it.

Paid plans, credit packs, renewals, usage limits, and cancellation terms are shown at checkout or inside the product. Fees are charged by our payment processors. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, purchases are non-refundable once credits or services are delivered.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of PostPlus as the product evolves. We may also suspend or terminate access when an account creates security, legal, payment, or abuse risk.

PostPlus is provided as-is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostPlus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
